Hotel rules and regulations
These rules help protect guest safety, resort order, and the comfort of every LCG member and visitor.
Important reminders before check-in
Guests may be denied admission or required to leave without refund or compensation for failure to comply with rules, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, offensive behavior, or actions that affect safety, security, or order.
Guests will be charged per night unless they present a valid vacation voucher.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
If the guest does not specify the duration of stay, the hotel may presume it is for one night.
Guests should arrive before 2:00 PM. Bookings may be cancelled if there is no contact from the guest.
Only up to 8 guests are allowed per room or voucher use.
Late check-out is subject to approval and room availability. Additional charges may apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and may be subject to a ₱2,000 fine.
Removing or moving hotel room items is prohibited and may be subject to a fine of up to ₱5,000.
Joiners and visitors must register at reception before entering the room.
Extensions are subject to room availability.
Rooms may not be transferred to or used by third parties.
Gambling and behavior against public morals are prohibited.
Any damage must be reported to reception immediately.
Guests are responsible for locking rooms and securing belongings.
Guests are expected to keep furniture and equipment free from damage.
